Tras una sesión extraordinaria, donde se trató la Fiscal Impositiva para grandes contribuyentes en el Concejo Deliberante el oficialismo contó con los votos necesarios para aprobar la Tasa Pandemia y le dio atribuciones al ejecutivo para aumentar un 25% más la TSG durante la última parte del año.
Al respecto, el concejal del Bloque Juntos por el Cambio, el Ingeniero Gastón Pérez, afirmó: «No se piensa en los vecinos, esto es un impuestazo. Ghi ya tiene los superpoderes que le dieron sus concejales y la mayoría de los monobloques para seguir aumentando impuestos y darle un golpe de nocaut a los vecinos de Morón en plena Pandemia».
Pérez se explayó también sobre la inconstitucional Tasa Vial «Desde el Bloque Juntos por el Cambio logramos evitar la Tasa Vial con la que Ghi buscaba aumentarles el combustible a los vecinos que carguen gas, gasoil o nafta en el partido de Morón. El oficialismo fue por más y otorgó a Ghi las herramientas para aumentar las TSG en el último trimestre del año hasta un 25%».

Por su parte el Jefe de Bloque, Juan Franco Nardo afirmó: » el oficialismo le otorgó un cheque en blanco a Ghi para que les siga aumentando impuestos a los vecinos. Tiene las manos libres para aumentar un 25% más la TSG en el último trimestre».
También el concejal Leandro Ugartemendía afirmó: » Esto es claramente un impuestazo. En que va a gastar la plata de los impuestos este gobierno, en recitales, en actos políticos en el Hospital Posadas? Le pido a este gobierno municipal que dejen de mentirle por Zoom a los vecinos».
Respecto a la censura que sufrió la cesión ante la moción de una concejal, Analía Zapulla afirmó: » Vergonzosamente nos callaron. Hoy decidieron que nuestra palabra no vale, no podían defender y argumentar algo que claramente perjudica a los vecinos, entonces suspendieron el debate y pasaron a la votación. La democracia no es solo tener los votos, sino respetar a todos. Espero que Jorge Laviuzza no vuelva a permitir atropellos».
