La ministra de Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, María Teresa García se refirió a la continuidad de la cuarentena y reveló que los intendentes del conurbano bonaerense le expresaron al gobernador Axel Kicillof que no están de acuerdo con la posibilidad de que se autoricen a partir del lunes las salidas recreativas para la población, uno de los temas que más polémica generó en las últimas semanas.
“La totalidad de los intendentes del conurbano rechazaron la posibilidad de las salidas recreativas porque en el conurbano se hace imposible el control de una hora y 400 metros”, dijo la funcionaria en diálogo con El Destape Radio. “Puede ocurrió como en otros 29 municipios donde sí está habilitado pero allá sí hay posibilidad de control”, explicó la funcionaria.
En ese sentido, la ministra señaló que “hicieron la misma evaluación de la situación que hace 15 días» y que “en general, en el Conurbano, no hubo demanda de los intendentes para abrir la cuarentena”. “El gobernador hace la consulta de los intendentes para saber cuál es la intención de ellos de abrir cuáles actividades. En general en el conurbano, como hubo con las salidas recreativas, no hubo demanda de los intendentes para que esto ocurriera. Todo lo contrario, la idea es no permitir que circulen demasiadas personas para evitar que circule el virus”, señaló.
García, asimismo, resaltó que “la idea es seguir restringiendo y poner la mirada en el transporte público” y contó que “han recibido durante los 48 días de cuarentena solicitudes de todos lo intendentes de la provincia”, en donde “hay una constante y es que en el conurbano no hay una solicitud de apertura indiscriminada”. “Sí la apertura de algunos comercios de proximidad (…) pero «los intendentes quieren mantener el control sobre la circulación y el contagio”, explicó la funcionaria.
“El transporte público es el lugar donde se transporta el virus. Tenemos más de 7 millones de habitantes en muy pocos kilómetros. Hasta ahora en la Provincia tenemos la curva achatada, pero hay algunos distritos donde viene in crescendo. Nos preocupa el tema de los barrios más humildes”, agregó.
La ministra recordó que “muchísima gente que trabaja en comercios de Capital vive en el Conurbano» y que «naturalmente, si los intendentes toman una determinación y la Ciudad de Buenos Aires otra, va a haber más traslado en el transporte público”.
Al respecto, explicó que “se mantiene la preocupación por el Gran Buenos Aires”, ya que «los contagios pueden ser vertiginosos”. Dijo que si bien no sabe el resultado de la reunión que mantuvieron ayer el presidente Alberto Fernández y el gobernador bonaerense, adelantó que no va a haber muchas modificaciones en la nuevo perío de aislamiento social. “Desde el lunes, en el conurbano va a haber más continuidad de la cuarentena que cambio. Pueden sumarse algunos comercios de proximidad”, destacó.
“Hasta que escuchemos los anuncios hoy o mañana, era intención de todos los intendentes mantener las restricciones sobre el transporte público. Pocas personas en las unidades y solamente aquellas que trabajen en los servicios esenciales. Ayer hubo reunión hasta la noche con el presidente de la nación. no tengo el resultado de lo charlado”, dijo. Además, agregó que “el objetivo central del Gobernador Kicillof es el pago de salarios” y que para ese fin “la Provincia ya transfirió más de $8 mil millones a los municipios”.
El presidente -se presume- comunicará hoy una renovación del aislamiento social preventivo y obligatorio por quince días más. Esto supone, que la cuarentena se extenderá mínimo hasta el 24 de mayo. El anuncio se hará desde la Quinta de Olivos, donde el jefe de Estado dará a conocer algunas actividades que desde ahora serán permitidas.
